February Beauty Haul

I know I said that posts should be more regular now, but I have had a busy few days with Uni and then I went home for the weekend for Mothers Day but I am back now and hopefully things will be a bit more regular around here!

I have done quite a lot of shopping in the past month - it's quite eye opening doing a monthly haul post because you forget what you've already bought otherwise. This makes me realise I need to cut down a bit as I am fully reliant on my student loan and have no regular income. Ah well! On to what I bought!

On my first trip to Superdrugs (there are two!) I just bought a few bits!

Collection 2000 Lasting Colour Gel Eyeliner - I have this liner in brown and I think it is really good so I thought I would try it in gold as well! So far so good, although I need to test out it's staying power! - £4.99
Superdrug Eyelash Applicator - I bought this on a whim as I have so many fake eyelashes but I can never apply them and end up getting to stressed out and so don't wear them. Hopefully this works, but I have been so busy with Uni that I haven't had the chance to try them out yet - £2.49
Maybelline Rocket Volum' Express Mascara in Black Waterproof - After seeing so many rave reviews I caved and bought this, despite only buying a new mascara last month. I am definitely a mascara junkie! I haven't actually tried this yet - I've been using my MaxFactor Clump Defy mascara, and another one which is mentioned further down - £7.99

I also went to LUSH and bought some new things which have become my favourite products! I got two little tester pots too.
Catastrophe Cosmetic Fresh Face Mask - I only recently bought a face mask from Lush but my skin has been really dry recently and this was recommended to me. I am so glad it was as I love this product! There will be a review coming soon - £5.95
Eau Roma Toner Water - Firstly, this smells absolutely amazing! I keep spraying it just to sniff it! That alone will make me repurchase this product, but it actually works too so worth getting! - £3.95
The two little tester pots I got were of the Celestial Moisturiser and Ultrabland Cleanser.

Next up on my spending timeline was a little order I placed on Avon. The purpose of this order was mainly to get a free mascara, because I don't have enough already, so I had to get it over £25 which I did not struggle with at all!
Advance Techniques Moroccan Argan Oil - I have been hearing so many great things about this oil so I thought I would try Avon's version as it was a lot cheaper than the most famous versions. I haven't tried this yet as I need to wait for a day when I'm not going out incase it makes my hair greasy - £3.85
White Bandeau in Small - You can just about make this out in the background. I thought this would be great to wear under sheer tops, or tops with huuuuge arm holes. Unfortunately, it is really small - I am a size 6/8 and it's too small for me - £7.99
Avon Speed Dry+ Nail Enamel in Smoky Plumes and Don't Be Jaded - I really wanted to try out the Avon nail polishes and bought them in a nice pastel green and a smoky purple colour - £3.50 each
Avon Super Shock Gel Eyeliner in Sparkling Sapphires - I heard great things about the Avon Glimmersticks but I have so many eyeliners in virtually ever colour so I thought I would try this instead. I have brown eyes so blue really makes them pop, unfortunately this isn't that pigmented - £3.50
Far Away perfume - I bought this to get my order up to £25 and I really want a new perfume so thought I would try this. I will probably never use it because it is way too heavy for me but I will keep it as a present for someone - £3.00
Avon Super Shock Mascara - I am in love with this mascara! I won't say too much as there is a review coming, but it is now my everyday mascara! - Free
Nail Files - Also free with every bottle of nail enamel!

Next up is Boots, where I took advantage of their 3 for 2 offer on all Maybelline products!

24 Colour Tattoos in Rose Gold and Turquoise Forever - I will always spell this name with a U as that is how it's spelt here in England and it bugs me that the packaging of the eyeshadows don't spell it correctly! Anyway, I went into Boots looking for these specifically, but they didn't have that many colour choices, and they were out of Bronze, so I went for these two instead - £4.99 each
Colour Show Polish in Candy Apple - This was bought because I needed a third item and because my shiny red polish has run out. I have plenty of deep reds and sparkly reds but this kind of red is a staple in any nail polish collection and needed replacing - £2.99

I then went in to Superdrug for some MUA products.
Spray Bottles - These are for two hair products I have that have a problem with their nozzles. I just poured the products in to these so that I can use them again - £1.59 each
Cotton Wool Pads - An essential purchase - £1.69 (£2.49 for 2)
MUA Blush in Shade 4 - I wanted a nice peachy blush. I looked for the Natural Collection Peach Melba version but it was all sold out so this was bought instead - £1
MUA Clear Mascara - For my brows - £1
Maybelline 24 Hour Colour Tattoos in Eternal Silver and On and On Bronze - These were bought about five minutes after I left Boots with the two colours mentioned above. I walked in and there was another offer on - buy one, get one half price! There was a lot bigger selection in Superdrugs so I picked up these two (I wanted a lot more) - £4.99

My final purchase came all the way from America! I found out about the iHerb site on someones blog - I'm really sorry but I can't remember whose - and there was a deal that if you spent over $40, you got $10 off! The Real Technique brushes were a lot cheaper on this site too and I had been waiting for them to go on Offer again in Boots (they were buy one get one half price last summer).

Your Eyes Enhanced Starter Kit - $17.99 (£12.99)
Your Base Flawless Core Collection - $17.99 (£12.99)
Fine Liner Brush - $5.99 (£4.09)

As you can see, this is waaaay cheaper than it would be in Boots. With the $10 off, I paid $31.97 plus $6 shipping. This works out at £25!! I did get a customs charge of £12 but there is still a saving there.

I will be doing a blog post about that deal later on!

So, that is all of my spending in the past month - let me know if there is something here you want reviewed! Also, please comment and tell me your recent best beauty buy!
